My name is Christina Davis, AKA Twiggy to my family.

As an athlete growing up in the 1970's and 80's, I never gave too much thought to all the carbohydrates I was eating. It was common practice to "carb load" before a competition. As I got older and injured, my metabolic health went down hill.

I decided to play with my nutrition as N=1; which led me to a ketogenic type of nutrition. This company is intended to educate people and get them on a proper nutrition system to fuel their body.
